The only price action of coal during war we can look at is 1930s coal before WW2. The price mooned so hard that the government of England nationalised mines. Unlikely we'll get nationalisation in Australia due to the current ESG narrative, but, we're likely to see similar price action due to the current European war... which is ultimately about King Charles and his mate Klaus Schwab invading Ukraine to take the Donbas and Azov hydrocarbons.
