Few facts:
1. AUD is 0.65USD (even less than that). It means that $350 per tonne is basically $540 AUD. If we compare with ex. rate few months ago (0.75) it's like having $405 USD per tonne at the moment. Thank you weak AUD.
2. Look at the #LukeyTrags evaluation. Let's look at NEWC 400 (as I described above - especially as we see Lukey took 0.75 rate for evaluation. It means that at 750m SOI, SP at PE of 4 is $17.95. That means that we are trading at PE of 2 (!!!)
3. Another thing is that gas prices fall to negative values (short term delivery). It is due to unusual full storage capacity. It ended up that a lot of gas vessels are floating and waiting for delivery. This is huge disruption in logistics and when the winter will start (yes, it hasn't even started yet), this logistic thing can cause huge spike in gas prices. It's already flagged by many analytics I follow
4. Look at today's SP action... looks like $9 could be a resistance level
5. BB guy is working over hours to buy all he can from the market!
