Can anyone explain why commsec morning report has changed its advertised coal price from Newcastle to nymex. Reads very different and I wonder if it’s freaked a few people out with the difference in price being $100+usd ton. This has been a terrible day at the office for the coal sector. Yes the buy backs are cheaper but I’m still not enjoying this day at all.
