Can anyone explain to me is their a tax benefit if they do an off market buy back or will off market just be used to buy a huge chunk at a cheap price? thats my theory as to why they have put that in their as a second resolution...buy a huge chunk once resolutions passed to take advantage of cheaper share price if they think coal price will stay higher for longer!
