yes. that 9,293,798 extra shares screws up the total volume I use to calculate our buyback percentage. Guess I have to keep using it to be consistent.
It will be a trade set for today's opening price $8.57 but not executed until this afternoon as a cross trade. Guess they had to collect up all the shares during the day that they wanted to swap and organise it to go through at end. Executed at this morning's open SP but reported after all the paperwork done..
