No new coal mines allowed so supply is crunched, now that prices are so high because supply is crunched need to impose price limits to reduce the self inflicted gunshot wound pain. Meanwhile continuously spruicking how coal is dead and cheap renewables are flooding the market making coal obsolete. God lord George Orwell would even be getting a head spin trying to understand this fiasco.
