No lose situation for the pollies, upset a few coal investors but get plaudits from the general populace by strutting your credentials to be seen doing something to help the majority of voters. As an added benefit you can throw in your climate change credentials as another good reason for action.
This uncertainty will act as a drag on the share price. See sub $9 before we see $10 again. Only question is whether we test the recent $7.75 low.
Will wait to see for a re entry price.
