The average age is in the 50’s - production is suffering and new mines are opening, having to take people from other mines - what happened at the last boom people left the Army and Horse Studs, and Const Companies to work in the mines - but excavator operators in Teir one const companies are presently earning $250k so why do fly in fly out
Narrabri is not an attractive place to come to - a long way from anywhere - no Mine Camp - and only the one mine - prefer Hunter Valley and even Mudgee is a better prospect - so they need to come up with better options or forget about expansion
