Yeah, then we get engineers and geologists who can speak "English", but, they can't speak "coal mine English" and they have no idea how to ask the supervisor to push a ramp or build a bund... it's not as easy as it sounds. It takes several years to learn how to speak and communicate effectively with a coal miner on a coal mine.
