I am just saying could be other factors at play for example maybe a buyer was buying double what they needed and then selling half to China. Therefore China reversing the ban may not actually increase demand as demand was already there it is just smoothing supply chains as now no need for third parties. Still this is just the counter point, the simplest answer of China opening to Oz coal = good could also be true.
