my next door and the house across the street both went on auction last year 2weeks apart, one sold for the street record of 2.285 million with about 50 people appeared, the better one with hand full of onlookers sold 2.18million because it was a terrible stormy day . same agent same auctioneer.
for me, two waiting customers is always better than one
