The highest percentage of world (and our) maritime trade passes through SCS international routes, and the lying CCP leaders are now openly boasting about their massive offensive air and naval strike capabilities based there.
No one can ever trust anything that Xi Jinping says, any more than his professed friend, ally and war criminal Putin!
