I just don't understand why they would predict $0.31 cents a share for FY23...it is IMO ludicrous and can only be for vested interests IMO. When you have $2.5 billion in cash in the bank WHC BOD would be negligent to only return $0.31 cents a share to shareholders. I would understand if WHC were going to do a massive off market buy back but that was squashed last year by woke government. Therefore WHC cannot buy back enough shares quick enough to use all of the cash on the balance sheet!
