I too am interested in how this fits into the total payout ratio. If this falls within the existing 50% I won't be happy. If however it increases the payout to 75% I will be extremely happy.
We did discuss this yesterday I believe, where I pointed out that there is no reason WHC shouldn't be getting close to an 80% payout ratio like a FMG within the next 12 months. Certainly happy if that is the case.
