So many weak hands.
It reminds me of October 2021, when everyone panicked and sold. This is when China attempted to 'influence the market' by manipulating futures/price controls etc.
China is now entering the Aust coal market. Is it surprising that the futures market is all over the place? They may influence the futures market for a period of time, but ultimately, it's the volume of coal that will control prices.
If the futures markets aren't pricing coal properly. I would be interested to know if WHC is selling under contracts, outside of the futures.
