I dont have any idea about a) and b), but as Whitehaven had production costs of about $70 a couple of years ago and they're now closer to $95 (of the "$95-102" range that was mentioned in the last quarterly), this seems to indicate that coal production has risen (~35%) within the stated range (20-60%) for wind, solar and battery tech in the last 2 years..
I dont have any idea about a) and b), but as Whitehaven had...
