Question to anyone that knows....why are we buying 2 million plus shares on some days and then on other days can be as low as 800k...is it at the discretion of the company as to how many they purchase each day...why couldnt they simply purchase 5 million shares each day in order to speed up buy back process? I assume there must be a limit on how much a company can purchase as a percentage of the buyback total amount of shares to be bought back?
