The reality is that nobody really has any experience developing large commercial renewable projects. All this nonsense you hear in the media about "Covid supply issues" or "Labor constraints" is actually just an excuse for underestimating the actual cost of delivering these projects and the complexity involved.
Anyone who thinks this transition is happening in the next 5 to 10 years is frankly delusional. It will happen, but it's going to take a very long time.
Coal will have its time again, and again, and again.
