Europe has been selling its excess coal for political reasons (trade deficit reduction, improved GDP) which was very stupid. My guess is that they are going to have to start buying again (or at least stop selling) due to weather etc. so ICE has most likely bottomed. Ice was up last night despite other energy commodities in the red.
