The true value of a BB is realised in the forward cash flows & dividends ($$$ saved due to less SOI / more $$$ distributable to remaining SOI).
This is obviously a potentially infinite metric that stacks overtime and is fluid in nature (possibly across decades of dividends). In other words, every single dividend that is paid moving forward is on permanently less SOI so the value of a BB is very difficult to fairly measure in the short term & ultimately depends on your view longer term.
