unfortunately no
anything you do will trigger a tax event and can't sell below market rate to an entity related
generally never buy shares in your name for this reason
so
1 set up a trust and put any money you have or make in it and eventually can distribute to wife but will take a while
2 if you plan to hold WHC long term sell to the trust and then can distribute dividends to your wife but will need to pay big CGT and expect big dividends so highly risky
unfortunately noanything you do will trigger a tax event and...
