Completely disagree with using stop losses and trailing stop losses etc because the big boys will constantly stop loss hunt.

Most platforms have a very small % limit for trailing stop losses and the big boys know exactly and will routinely dump the price to grab shares before it instantly recovers. look at that drop the other day to below $8. I would never have made big money if I used stop losses.

In my humble opinion the superior way to manage risk is with position size: Let your winners ride and grow and cut your losers when the investment thesis isn't met or you have a better use for the capital in another place.

Just my 2c and not financial advice to anyone. The downsides to stop losses just needed to be pointed out as that's a pretty quick way to get rinsed by bots and big boys.
