Daunia really doesn't make sense for anyone else.
If they can get debt finance (and they should be because it's met), this could self fund itself and, as you put it, give them a headstart on Winchester South, when Vickery is up and running, and Daunia is out.
When Daunia is close to out, bringing on Winchester would be less political because they're just replacing production.
