@CbrMaroon, firstly you have no clue what WHC level of comprehension is in respect to future planning, like many others you draw conclusions and make assumptions about most things. Now just because you didnt get an invitation to closed door talks that may have occured between both the State and Fed Govts it dosnt mean to say it didnt happen and it dosnt mean to say that an understanding wasnt forthcoming. Power and Money are key to most arrangents, the Govt want to stay in POWER to do this they need to satisfy a populous with an insatiable hunger for a better life which costs MONEY. Fossil fuels, deliver the money which in turn gives the Govt the power to deliver the goods, the only thing the Govt has to worry about is the optics. Dont be naive enough to think that we all live in a fluffy World where everything is above board, as far as the Govt trying to obliterate the resource sector is concerned, for the time being the Govt needs the money
