To have two mass sanction packages within two years is highly unlikely.
The world has seen how ineffective they are, especially the US. They need more time for the public to forget about it! Why raise oil prices through sanctions when we are in the grip of inflation and US elections are up next year? That is why Us has conveniently forgotten about Irans sanctions and allowed them to export more.

Coal price will continue its slow descent. Supply demand dynamics do not lie, and people are too financially strapped to be worried about coal or the environment. The bottom of the coal price will be reached when production costs are well below market prices, which we are nowhere near.

Why buy a commodity company trading at its book value? In hindsight, I should have sold when the Fool analysts did an article on WHC, when the SP was $10. That was a sell signal if I ever saw one.

Two more years of profitability, followed by realisation of coal price trajectory and eventual mass exodus of coal. We can hope and pray that the world falls apart and coal price goes to the moon again, but the bubble has popped, coal supply is favoured, and buyers will stock up in fear of shortages seen a few years ago.

But then again, what do I know!
