Egypt gets many many billions via old debt repayments and new cash it desperately needs.
Israel completelly cleans up Gaza removing to Egypt all of TROUBLESOME Palestinians forever and wins Gaza seafront ''owned'' likely rich offshore gas fields.
Millions of Palestinians live and hopefully prosper somewhere else away from their homeland. Similar fate I am afraid awaits more than half of Ukrainian population like it or not. Looking back at history over 2000 years perfectly ''normal'' sequence of events and outcomes.
