Yep, down almost 30% in a 12-month view and counting. Seem to recall one member (Freedom?) had a 4 handle on WHC? Is WHC the coal sector answer to QAN? Similarities are striking eg Inept Board disengaged and remote except for shovelling money (sh funds) out of the door on buybacks and then borrowing more $Bns to acquire obsolete BHP coal mines, no longer profitable. But wait there is more, then rejig the Remuneration Report to increase remuneration and bonuses to the CEO and then some. If not for Bell Rock at the AGM, WHC would have been further down the gurgler.
