Fair questions. The real questions are - why has WHC paid (borrowed) overs for these BHP cast offs given their mismanagement of the buyback program, WHC is entering dangerous territory with existing mines with the ongoing declines in the coal futures market then impacting the local market. Do you really consider the WHC board, and the CEO are up to the task before them?
