I sort of thought that while COP28 was on the SP on most fossil fuel stocks would be subdued, im sure some have read about the importance of the narrative at the conference being used, the selection of a key phrase "phase down" rather than "phase out" may have a positive impact on the SP however at the end of the day it doesn't matter what the narrative is or how much money rich countries pledge it wont change the reality of the situation which is people need to be able to keep warm and be fed and at the moment like it or, not its fossil fuels that can deliver that outcome
