There is zero evidence for that at all.
there are no synergies of scale for gigantic wind turbines. None beyond the manufacture of parts that are already in made in well-scaled factories.
there is no further scale and very limited efficiencies to be made in solar, and the social and material supply impacts are hideous to the point of criminality.
battery metals are not only toxic but rising in price year on year. If a sensible switch is made to vanadium for fixed location batteries, the price of vanadium will double from its relatively subdued current pricing.

The path to lower emissions is nuclear and HELE power plants.
