they are planning to use 1.5B cash to pay for the acquisition so basically everything they have now. Maybe we can add 100m US$ of the deposit already paid. So it gives 150m free cash plus the cash generated in this quarter. Let’s assume 300m cash. So 15c of dividend sounds safe for them and not a catastrophe for investors
