Could be that three or four times what they were looking for was offered by the investors ..up to twice what was wanted is oversubscribed above twice is classified as substantially oversubscribed ..well this is the usual lingo!!!
Simply take it as a lot more people wanted what was on offer than what was on offer....which is a very good sign...indeed reading this week Australian weekend Business review page 26...Foreign interests from Japan and India are interested in the NEW WHC with the new coal mines ...so I would expect some very interesting developments that can only lead to a solid rising price ...should I say "WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!"
