Already have a few $B in the bank. They would have forward sold 3-6 months already giving a few more $B.
If the Coal Price Tanks and the SP tanks then the BB price will also tank. I hope the SP does not go parabolic until the BB is complete.
Regardless its not possible for Coal price to Tank due to lack of new supply, so your point is academic.
