Hard to say to be honest. Haven't seen any data to support major changes.
Could be a combination of lots of small things, increased gas consumption in europe, japan and china. Supply chain issues. Supply exiting market because of costs. Truthfully this is a small blip and I would not be paying much attention to it unless it extends its run.
