"Leave us with approx A$400 - A$500 million in debt"? How?
They are now paying US$2.1B cash, and then US$2B (A$ 3B) in 3 years. If they sell 20% of Blackwater for A$1B it's still $2B to be paid down.
Or I am missing something?!
