I posted this article earlier today, have a good read and it will help you understand how WHC could potentially eliminate their A$1.6 billion loan facility. It all depends on how much they achieve through their selldown of BW. The acquisition will funded initially by cash on the books (had A$1.9 billion cash on hand at time HY24 report dropped), and the US$1.1 billion dollar / A$1.6 billion loan facility. If they achieve a selldown of A$1.15 billion there is your APPROX A$500 million of debt remaining. Again this is all speculation…
