personally i try not to get too hyped over the initial post acquisition phase. I was expected more of a pop from KAR after their acquisition, but they did dilute some equity so that could have an effect (also not to the same size as the B&D transaction.

the most prevailing aspect will be what price they can get on the met coal produced. 80-90% realization off the index looks promising, but let’s see what occurs.

really the sell down is what has the potential to really pivot the initial year, good chance that we could see excess funds help bring forth a share buy back over the next couple of years before a big step up in dividends post CY27

to the long timers, just be patient. I know we want the rewards now but companies and stocks are fickle things.
