Probably not worth the risk:
#1 & #3 - Funds will usually still discredit anything with more than 10% coal, so we're a long way off.
#2 - I can do myself elsewhere.
Take it for what it is, a rare chance to buy quality assets at a good price, that are artificially avoided by large segments of the market. That's fine by me.
