I think article is merely speculating price based on the pp at $2.5 = $500m for 20%..
The interesting confirmation are the 3 parties , plus potentially others not known about . Personally I do not think WHC would consider selling at this level and premium to this is the likely outcome. Especially if you have 3 competing to win the auction
