All this talk about selling 20% for US$500M is nonsense. It would be pretty irresponsible of PF and management if they did a deal like that. From the numbers that have been thrown around conservatively we should expect 20%+ GP p/a returns from BW. Not knowing exactly what interest percentage they are paying on the US$1.1B credit facility, but let's assume 10%, they would have to have the combined IQ of the average sheep to sign off on that. NO DEAL from me I'd rather keep the extra 20%.
