The problem with your arguement is that the coking and thermal coal prices have gone up the last few weeks againat a weakening AUD. I would also suspect costs are likely to come down over the medium tern (operationally).
Add in a bridge collapse and a few regional conflicts and all signs point up.
Too much pontificating mate.
