I agree with your observations, it is only natural to walk away as you have moved on, however there is another motivation at play for some folks here as follows :
Say you sold out because you were spooked by world events or wanted to cash in your profit, but underlying this decision to sell you still wanted to own WHC shares?
So you want to buy back in , but obviously at a lower price to justify the original sale and make a turn.
You might post negative views based on the hope the share price would fall to a level you could jump back in .
I do not think these negative posts would influence many but maybe it helps you deal with the regret in selling your shares ?
Merely a theory I have since I have on a few occasions sold some WHC myself for various reasons , but I have never posted negative views , as I did not have them.
For what it's worth my own views are very positive as per my recent posts confirming I had topped up on a couple of occasions based on the long term value at play.
