Indeed why not Vendor financing ..the cash flow will clear the debt in a few years!!! if WHC gets the right partners in the Blackwater Mine and they help to finance the development of its other mine ..why not these partners with WHC in the Metal coal mines coming up from Anglo...Never better opportunities to buy really good assets at a great price when King Coal is out of favour with the idiotic.. Green Brigade...One man's poison is another man's meat...As Warren Says. Not a bad asset at a great price ..Not a good Asset at a very rich price ..But a great asset at great price is the key...A great Asset is one that has terrific Economics and a great price ie is Cheaper than book value that can be made much more generative at little or no increased cost.
