Talk about a patronising heading: "EU keeps watchful eye on Vietnam's green policy shift". Who do the EU think they are? Now that they've completely ruined their economy on the back of insane energy policies, they want to enforce their stupidity on the rest of the world! Thankfully the rest of the world is largely ignoring them.
PS. Not criticising the post, which is informative and good news for thermal coal.
