I expect that WHC will be sniffing around at this. Lining up a sell down of Blackwater while also investigating Anglo's mines.
Potentially a JV with the sell-down partner.
It's entirely possible and I expect that they could tip some equity into them + a debt package, I reckon the market would let them as well.
