I think it's a me issue, I need to bone up on the technicals of these coals are created/used a bit more.
You are essentially saying the HCC and SSCC that would be used in the blend no longer has a use. So that coal is now surplus in the market. Is that about right?
Having said that, if the HCC can be substituted to some degree (which it seems like you think it can't be?) that could outweight the increase in this relative supply.
