True, but I can't see why FIRB would see ugly unloved coal mines being downgraded in the national interest test.
I am sure YAL would have already got a non-binding indication from the FIRB for any transaction. Maybe this could be some of the reasons why Cinda are selling down???
But I guess we don't know.
