We might be at the cyclical bottom, but I dont think the cyclical highs will reach $400USD/t (not sure if that was what @madamswer was suggesting or not?)
I remember seeing similar projections made by PLS for lithium supply/demand.
Will it happen? who knows? if anyone gives you a definite answer, they're either lying, or ignorant, or both. No one knows for certain.
