Moranbah North opened in 1998 I think, depends on a lot of things these gas issues. Dependent on the permeability of the coal, seam height, gas drainage techniques, time expired after drilling, suction to holes and if any structures or dykes are present.
One thing is Moranbah North looks to be a 4m seam while Grosvenor is 5-6m which makes drainage harder.
Unsure on the other assets but this is just my opinion looking from the outside window
