    I'm guessing that a lot of problems come from the lower split seam at Grosvenor. A lot of operators say the gas keeps coming out of the floor.
    .
    Watch that video I posted above. Lots of unknowns here. Wait for RSHQ to publish findings... I can't see a sale of Grosvenor until theyre released.
